The name MANISH

When innocent women and small children, even few months old, get killed, its no longer a rebel, its crime against humanity. How can anyone justify the killings of children and women? The groups responsible for these acts should be named as terrorist groups and should be dealt with proper strikes and counter strikes both by the state machinery and the central forces. Socio and political pressure should be increased on the leadership, specially the Bodo political leaders, to take action against these militants. We, as India, are always open to dialogues and negotiations with all factions and groups. But no dialogues could be successful until killings are stopped. Time has come to show our strength to these groups who think themselves as superior and sole owner of state. As per a news report, there are 20 or so ethnic groups and over 50 languages.
